I, Muhammad iftikhar Ahmad, passed the Secondary School Certificate Annual Examination 2006 under Roll No 0112211 from B.I.S.E. Lahore. My father’s name is Muhammad Ashiq whereas on certificate my father’s name has been mentioned as Ashiq Ali, which is incorrect. I want to get changed my father’s name from Ashiq Ali to Muhammad Ashiq. If any person /organization /agency has any objection then the same may be intimated in writing to secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, 86-Mazong Road, Lahore, within 15 days.
