Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister for Universities and Boards Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has demanded of the higher judiciary to declare hanging of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto a judicial murder to keep the history straight. In a press statement issued on Friday by his media coordinator Shakeel Memon on the eve of the 41st death anniversary of the PPP founder and former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, PPP Sindh chief Khuhro said that we are still waiting for justice despite a lapse of 41 years. He said an apology had been made over giving protection to martial laws, so people’s leader ZA Bhutto’s killing should also be declared a judicial murder after tendering an apology. He said Justice Nasim Hassan Shah, who was included in the bench at that time, had admitted that Bhutto’s killing was a judicial murder. He said hearing is also not being held on the reference sent by former president Asif Ali Zardari, which should now be taken up immediately. He paid rich tributes to ZA Bhutto and said he gave the country a unanimous constitution and added that 18th amendment was given by Zardari. Khuhro said Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was following the vision of ZA Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto, and would soon form the people’s government.
