The Election Commission of Pakistan restored on Thursday the membership of Senator Musadiq Malik after he submitted his asset details. His membership was suspended on January 16 after he failed to submit his “statement of his assets and liabilities, including assets and liabilities of his spouse and dependent children”, reads a notification. All parliamentarians and senators are required to submit these details by June 30 every year.
