An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday wrote a letter to th eIslamabad High Court (IHC) for extending the time limit of an ongoing trial of Barrister Fahad Malik’s murder case as it cannot conclude it in the previously given time limit. ATC judge Raja Sajjad Abbas has written a letter to extend the deadline for the trial of Barrister Fahad Malik’s murder case. This will be the fourth extension in the ongoing trial. The IHC has already given three extensions to the ATC for concluding trail. However, the ATC has asked to present arguments to call off sections of the anti-terrorism act on a plea filed by the accused.
