Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa discussed regional developments including Afghan Peace Process with the United Kingdom officials on Tuesday, informed ISPR. COAS Bajwa met with UK National Security Advisor Mark Sedwill at the Cabinet Office and Permanent Secretary Stephen Lovegrove at the Ministry of Defence in London. Both dignitaries acknowledged Pakistan’s contributions towards regional peace. Pakistan and the UK held a delegation level strategic dialogue, earlier on Monday, to discuss geo-strategic environment and bilateral military cooperation. COAS Bajwa had visited the Ministry of Defence, where he was received by UK’s Chief of Defence Staff General Sir Nick Carter.
