A local court, on Saturday, directed the investigation officer in the Nashwa death case to submit a charge-sheet in seven days. The judicial magistrate asked for the charge-sheet on next hearing on May 18. It should be mentioned that earlier this week, Sindh High Court (SHC) had granted interim bail to Darul Sehat Hospital owners, Amir Chishti and Syed Ali Farhan, in the case. Both the accused had knocked on SHC after an additional district and sessions court dismissed their bail petition. They were granted bail for ten days against a surety bond of Rs 50,000 each. Chishti and Farhan had fled the courtroom without being caught after their pre-arrest bail application was dismissed.
