High Commissioner of Pakistan to Sri Lanka Major General (r) Dr Shahid Ahmad Hashmat, accompanied by his wife, visited three Pakistani nationals being treated at a hospital in Colombo, as they were injured during dreadful attacks in Sri Lanka on April 21 this year.
The high commissioner, while condemning the devastating attacks, said Pakistan “condemns all acts of terrorism and extremism anywhere in the world”, and reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to uprooting the menace.
The high commissioner inquired about the health of Pakistan nationals and prayed for their speedy recovery. He also assured them of all necessary assistance.
