In Rimsha Wasan murder case, Jirga issued a judgment for murder of kidnaper Izhar Wasan and put a reward of Rs. ten million on his head on Sunday.
According to the report, Jinsar Wasan- father of Izhar Wasan– and other family members reached at press club khairpur on Sunday and informed that a jirga was held at village Bahawal Wasan under supervision of land lord Bashir Wasan and others. They declared Karo to young Izhar and announced judgment calling for the murder of Izhar wasan and also awarded Rs. ten million on his head.
Jinsar told that his family members are in deep trouble and went underground; the influential was saving Zulfiqar and pressurizing them and the relatives of Rimsha to withdraw the case. While the three accused in the murder are still absconders. He appealed the chief justice of Pakistan to intervene for providing protection and justice to them.
Meanwhile on contact, SSP Khairpur Umar Tufail told he was informed by media that Jirga was held. He ordered to probe the matter. A case would be registered against Jirga holders and “we will arrest them.” He further said it was has duty of police to provide protection to the families of Rimsha Wasan and Izhar Wasan
Mean while Kumb police included the ACT sanctions in FIR of murder of Rimsha Wasan under the order of judicial magistrate Kot Didji and accused Zulfiqar will be produced before ATC Khairpur.
