GOJRA: A man threw acid on an 8 month pregnant woman, her husband, and her 8-year-old son on Wednesday night in Chak 92 JB area.
According to the police, the suspect was being ousted from the village after he was alleged to harass the seventeen-year-old daughter of the victim couple.
The suspect, who has been identified as Safdar, threw acid on the family as revenge after he was punished to leave the village by a local court over harassment allegations, the police added.

Safdar remained out of the village for 2 months and came back on Wednesday night and threw acid on the family as revenge, the police informed.
“The suspect forced the girl’s mother to drink acid, killing her on the spot,” the officials added.
Police said, “The girl’s father, Anwar, and her eight-year-old brother, Mohsin, have been shifted to Allied Hospital in Faisalabad and are under treatment.”
Raids are underway to arrest the suspect, the police added.
