Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday chaired a meeting regarding the local government (LG) bodies at the PM Office and directed the Committee on Local Bodies to finalise its recommendations within the next 48 hours.
The meeting, which was attended by representatives from all the four provinces, deliberated upon various proposals about the LG bodies system. During the meeting, the prime minister was told about the news of sad demise of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz.
The prime minister and participants of the meeting expressed their grief over her death.
