A proclaimed offender was arrested by the police on Monday. According to the police, Muhammad Waseem, son of Muhammad Akram and resident of Kot Suleman Chakk No. 03 Nankana Sahib District, was arrested in a case registered on December 2016 with FIR number 1162/16. It was alleged that Waseem, in connivance with the others, extorted Rs 980,000 from the complainant Muhammad Afzal for sending him and his relative abroad.
