LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader and nominee for presidential slot Arif Alvi claimed on Saturday that there is a clear difference between him and Mamnoon Hussain and the public will see it as well.
Speaking to the media, Alvi said, “Provincial harmony is the responsibility of the president and for gaining harmony among provinces, satisfying the public is very essential.”
“Under Imran’s government, Pakistan is moving towards betterment,” he added.

The presidential nominee further said, “After being elected as the president of Pakistan, I will try to resolve the problems of Karachi, however, I am the president of the whole country and will work for the stability of all institutes.”
Being confident of getting elected, Alvi claimed that PML-N and other party members have promised to vote for him.

The PTI leader emerged victorious from NA-247 Karachi during the July 25 general election and is now nominated for the presidential post.
Polling for the presidential election will be held on September 4.
