The Supreme Court on Monday constituted the five-member larger bench to hear the review petition in the Article 63-A case. The five-member larger bench will hear the petition on September 30. The bench will be headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa. The other members of the bench include Justice Munib Akhtar, Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel.
