The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday has raided office of Petroleum Division in Islamabad in connection with the liquefied natural gas (LNG) case. According to details, the bureau has confiscated the record of Adnan Gilani’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Pakistan LNG Limited. Sources told that ex-petroleum minister had appointed un-experienced Adnan Gilani despite PM office’s objections. They further revealed that establishment division had also opposed the decision. An investigation to unearth the reality behind giving charge of CEO to Adnan Gilani will be held soon.
