Facing a financial crunch, the Punjab University on Monday introduced a new revenue general policy, according to which the students will not be able to get their degrees free of cost any more.
In order to get his degree, every student will have to pay Rs6,000 fee. The university administration has withdrawn the facility for acquisition of the degree free of cost for the first time. The PU administration altered the police in order to generate more revenue for the institution.
