Army Public School (APS) Peshawar massacre case will come up for hearing before Supreme Court (SC) on August 4. SC has fixed APS attack case for hearing on August 4. A two members bench of apex court led by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJ) Gulzar Ahmad and comprising Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan will hear the case. Notice has been issued to Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP). Inquiry Commission has filed its report in SC in APS massacre case. APS focal person said inquiry commission report into APS massacre consists of 3000 pages. The commission recorded statements of 132 persons including parents of the students who were martyred in the attack. The commission was constituted by former CJP Saqib Nisar on the request of the parents of martyred children in 2018. As many as 147 persons were martyred in APS attack on December 16, 2014 and most among the martyrs were students.
