The Lahore High Court on Monday rejected the bail application of Lahore Development Authority former director general Ahad Cheema in Ashiana-e-Iqbal housing scheme and assets beyond means cases.
The NAB has already filed two corruption references against Cheema in Accountability Court Lahore, which are under trial. On Monday, NAB’s request for rejection of bail application of Ahad Cheema was accepted by the high court, which rejected the bail petition of the accused after hearing arguments of both the sides.
