Prime Minister Imran Khan Tuesday said Pakistan is rising on the global economic horizon. The prime minister made the statement as he presided over a session of government officials at the PM Office, reports said. During the meeting, the prime minister assigned the responsibility of presenting facts about the economy to the officials in attendance. He lamented that those who cannot see Pakistan strengthening economically are busy conspiring against the country. The prime minister also spoke about the ongoing situation in Indian-held Kashmir, saying that after the over two months lockdown, India’s true face has been exposed before the world. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday congratulated his Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau after the latter won the Canadian elections. Taking to Twitter, the prime minister felicitated Trudeau and said that he looks forward to working with him in future. “Congratulations to Justin Trudeau for winning the elections in Canada. I look forward to working with him,” he tweeted. It was a tough election campaign for the Canadian prime minister. Trudeau managed to secure a minority government after the election results were announced.
