Doctors, nurses and paramedics – in the frontline of battle against coronavirus – are working round the clock despite not having adequate protection. Paying rich tributes to the healthcare professionals, Punjab chief minister’s spokesperson Sumera Malik said they are our frontline soldiers in the battle against coronavirus and the whole nation is thankful to them. She said that our brave doctors, nurses and paramedics were discharging their duties bravely by putting their own lives at risk. Meanwhile, on the 4th day of lockdown, all shops, markets and commercial activities were closed in Bahawalpur following the announcement of a lockdown in Punjab. People are staying inside their houses and the streets are empty. Pak Army and Police were patrolling the streets to make sure that people don’t gather anywhere.
