Supreme Court of Pakistan Senior Puisne Judge Justice Gulzar Ahmed, on Monday, took oath as the Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan. Justice Azmat Saeed administered the oath in a simple yet dignified ceremony in the Supreme Court. During the periods Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa remains abroad, Justice Gulzar Ahmed would act as the top judge of the country. The ceremony was marked by the presence of SC Judges, Attorney General for Pakistan, senior lawyers and law officers. Officers and staff of the SC were also present on the occasion.
