ISLAMABAD: State Bank of Pakistan(SBP) Governor Ashraf Mehmood Wathra called on Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Tuesday to discussthe growth of Islamic bankingin the country.
Dar urged for promoting the existing Islamic bankingproducts and work on introducing newproducts in the market – on priority. The minister emphasised on strong coordination – betweenall the stakeholders – for developing the Islamic Banking System.
